1、接通電源后，查看指示燈是否正常，如果指示燈為紅色把三項火線其中兩項線頭調(diào)整一下，如果顯示綠燈為正常。

2、開機(jī)前設(shè)定溫度，防盜門 鋼質(zhì)門一般溫度為246-256度，鋼板門溫度為210-220度，轉(zhuǎn)印時間設(shè)定鋼木門為2-3分鐘，防盜門為4-5分鐘，鋼板門為12-16分鐘。

3、正常工作先預(yù)熱機(jī)器，必須先抽真空，然后工作臺推到加熱倉里面進(jìn)行幾分鐘的加熱（切記一定抽真空預(yù)熱，否則損壞硅膠模具）。正常工作發(fā)現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)印工件木紋不清晰，是因為溫度低或時間短造成的。把溫度適當(dāng)提高5-10度或時間延長20-30秒。

4、真空壓力表調(diào)整為低壓0.8Mpa，高壓1.2Mpa為正常。

5、轉(zhuǎn)印機(jī)每1-2個月?lián)Q一次真空泵油，經(jīng)常檢查油的液面。

6、新設(shè)備使用1-2天后應(yīng)檢查各個接線頭是否松動擰緊各接線（擰緊電器箱電器接線，加熱管連接線）。

7、真空罐設(shè)有放水閥，如果設(shè)備處在潮濕環(huán)境中，真空罐應(yīng)隔幾天排放一下水。

8、新設(shè)備或新更換的硅膠板，在使用幾天后，正常工作中如果出現(xiàn)橫豎皺折，應(yīng)立即停止使用，調(diào)整硅膠板松緊度，否則嚴(yán)重?fù)p壞硅膠板。

9、下班后先關(guān)掉急停開關(guān)，切斷電源。
